+ WHEN IS THE AURORA ARTS THEATRE OPEN?

Our Box Office hours are: Wed. - Sat.: 10 a.m. - 3 p.m. Sunday: 11 a.m. - 5 p.m.

+ HOW MUCH ARE TICKETS?

Ticket prices depends on the production running. Please visit our "Tickets" page.

+ CAN I RENT OUT THE THEATRE FOR A PRIVATE EVENT?

Yes! Give us a call at the box office for more details.

+ DO YOU OFFER ANY SUMMER CAMPS FOR KIDS?

Yes! We have three summer camp sessions.

+ HOW DO I SELECT MY SEATS?

We are a general admission Theatre, so seating is first-come, first-served. The theatre opens for seating approximately 30 minutes before curtain time. In Aurora’s intimate space, there’s really not a bad seat in the house!

+ I WANT TO AUDITION, BUT HOW?

Auditions for upcoming shows are announced every other month.

+ IS IT COLD IN THE THEATRE?

We do keep the air conditioning at a cooler temp for our actors. We do advise if you get chilly easily to bring a light blanket or a jacket.

+ HOW CAN I MAKE A DONATION TO AURORA ARTS THEATRE?

+ HOW LONG ARE MOST PERFORMANCES?

Times vary by performance, check the show pages for performance run times.

+ IS PHOTOGRAPHY AND/OR RECORDING DEVICES ALLOWED?

As a general rule and for theatrical events, for the safety of the cast members, stage crew and the enjoyment of other guests, absolutely no photography or recording devices or any kind are permitted – this policy is strictly enforced.

+ ARE FOOD AND BEVERAGE SERVICES AVAILABLE AND ALLOWED INTO THE THEATRE?

Yes, our concession station is available in the lobby area of the Theatre before the show and during intermission. Food and beverages purchased at the Theatre are allowed into the Theatre. Not outside food is permitted.

+ HOW CAN I RECEIVE A REFUND OR EXCHANGE ON MY TICKETS??

There are no refunds on ticket purchases.

+ WHAT IF MY PREFERRED PERFORMANCE IS SOLD-OUT? DO YOU HAVE A WAITING LIST??

If a performance you’d like to attend has sold out, we encourage you to keep checking in with us! Seats may become available due to exchanges and/or cancellations

+ DO YOU SELL GIFT CARDS??

Yes, we do! Our Aurora Arts Theatre eGift Card are available for show tickets and concessions.
