Taking photos, recording video, or recording audio during a performance is strictly prohibited. Use of cameras, mobile devices, or recording equipment during a performance may result in immediate removal from the theatre without refund.

Aurora Arts Theatre or its authorized representatives may photograph, film, or record curtain calls, audience reactions, and meet-and-greet events.

Patrons may appear in such recordings. By attending, you grant Aurora Arts Theatre the right to use your image, likeness, and voice for promotional, marketing, or archival purposes without compensation.

All ticket purchases are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. This policy applies to missed performances, scheduling conflicts, and changes in personal circumstances. We encourage you to call the Box Office at 361-851-9700 or email info@auroraartstheatre.com for any questions.

Tickets are issued for personal use only. Aurora Arts Theatre does not authorize the resale of tickets through third-party marketplaces or unauthorized sellers, including StubHub.

Tickets obtained through unauthorized resale platforms may be canceled, refused entry, or deemed invalid. Aurora Arts Theatre cannot verify, replace, or guarantee third-party purchases. Patrons must contact the resale provider directly regarding disputes or claims.

Aurora Arts Theatre is not responsible for pricing markups, additional fees, seating inaccuracies, or fraudulent transactions associated with unauthorized sellers.

Patron information collected during ticket purchases is used solely for ticketing, communication, and operational purposes. Aurora Arts Theatre does not sell or distribute personal information to outside parties.

If you opt in to receive updates, your first name, last name, and email address may be stored through our email service providers for communication and marketing purposes. Attendance at Aurora Arts Theatre events is voluntary. By purchasing or using a ticket, you agree to release Aurora Arts Theatre, its staff, contractors, and volunteers from liability for injury, illness, loss, or damages arising from or related to attendance, except where prohibited by Texas law.
